Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and shipping class. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. Expedited or emergency orders may have additional shipping and handling charges. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will do our best to notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment by UPS: We ship via UPS Ground in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Returns and Exchanges
No parts accepted for return without prior authorization.
No parts accepted for return after 30 days.
Parts must be in new and resalable condition. A restocking charge will be charged on all items returned for credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Batteries
Cores must be returned within 15 days. There will be no sales tax refund issued on core credits.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
Payment Methods
Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
Backorders Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will make every effort to notify you.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
